Die folgenden Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) gelten für alle Lieferungen von "peknybags" an Verbraucher.

3. Vertragsabschluss - Conclusion of contract - Conclusione del contratto

3.1. Die Darstellung der Produkte im Online-Shop stellt kein rechtlich bindendes Angebot, sondern nur eine Aufforderung zur Bestellung dar.

3.2. Durch Anklicken des Kaufbuttons geben Sie eine verbindliche Bestellung der abgebildeten Ware ab. Ihr Kaufvertrag kommt zustande, wenn Ihre Bestellung durch eine Auftragsbestätigung per E-Mail unmittelbar nach dem Erhalt Ihrer Bestellung angenommen wird.

By clicking the [Buy] button you place a binding order for the goods shown. The purchase contract is concluded when your order is accepted by an order confirmation via e-mail immediately after receipt of your order.

4.  Widerrufsrecht - Right of withdrawal - Diritto di recesso

4.1. Wenn Sie Verbraucher sind (also eine natürliche Person, die die Bestellung zu einem Zweck abgibt, der weder Ihrer gewerblichen oder selbständigen beruflichen Tätigkeit zugerechnet werden kann), steht Ihnen nach Maßgabe der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen ein Widerrufsrecht zu.

If you are a consumer (i.e. a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial or independent professional activity), you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the legal regulations.

Se sei un consumatore (ossia una persona fisica che effettua un ordine per uno scopo che non può essere attribuito alla tua attività commerciale o professionale indipendente), hai il diritto di recesso secondo le disposizioni di legge.

4.2. Machen Sie als Verbraucher von Ihrem Widerrufsrecht Gebrauch, so haben Sie die regelmäßigen Kosten der Rücksendung zu tragen.

If you, as a customer, exercise your right of withdrawal from the contract, you will have to bear the regular return shipping costs.

4.3. Im Übrigen gelten für das Widerrufsrecht folgende Regelungen: Sie haben das Recht, binnen zehn Kalendertagen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen. Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt zehn Tage ab dem Tag, an dem Sie (oder ein Dritter für Sie) die Ware in Besitz genommen haben. Um Ihr Widerrufsrecht auszuüben, müssen Sie mich [Dorrit Pekny, Regione Oltre Rea, 32 - 12060 Mondovì (CN), Italien, peknybags@gmail.com] mittels einer eindeutigen Erklärung per E-Mail über Ihren Entschluss informieren. Ich werde Ihnen innerhalb von 24 Stunden per E-Mail eine Bestätigung über Ihren Widerruf übermitteln.

Furthermore, the following regulations apply to the right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 10 (ten) calendar days. The cancellation period is 10 (ten) days from the day on which you (or a third party on your behalf) took possession of the goods. I will send you confirmation of your cancellation by e-mail within 24 hours.

Inoltre si applicano le seguenti norme al diritto di recesso: Hai il diritto di retrocedere dal contratto entro 10 (dieci) giorni di calendario. Il periodo di recesso è di 10 (dieci) giorni dal giorno in cui tu (o una terza persona per te) avete preso possesso della merce. 4.4 Folgen des Widerrufs - Consequences of withdrawal - Consequenze del recesso

Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, erstatten wir Ihnen die Zahlung, die wir von Ihnen erhalten haben, mit Ausnahme der Lieferkosten an jenem Tag zurück, an dem wir die Ware unversehrt zurück erhalten haben. Für diese Rückzahlung verwenden wir dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, das Sie bei der ursprünglichen Transaktion eingesetzt haben.  Sie haben die Ware unverzüglich und in jedem Fall spätestens binnen zehn Tagen ab dem Tag, an dem Sie uns über den Widerruf dieses Vertrages unterrichten, an uns zurückzusenden. Die Frist ist gewahrt, wenn Sie die Ware vor Ablauf der Frist von zehn Tagen absenden. Sie tragen die unmittelbaren Kosten der Rücksendung der Waren.

If you withdraw from the contract, I will refund the payment I have received from you, with the exception of delivery costs, on the day we receive the goods back intact. For this re-payment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction. You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case not later than ten days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of ten days has expired. You will have to bear all costs of returning the goods. 

Se recedi dal contratto, ti rimboserò il pagamento che ho ricevuto da te, escluse le spese di consegna, il giorno in cui ricevo indietro la merce integra. Per questo rimborso utilizzo lo stesso metodo di pagamento usato per la transazione originale. Devi restituire la merce immediatamente e, comunque entro e non oltre dieci giorni in cui mi comunichi il recesso dal contratto. Il termine è rispettato se spedisci la merce prima della scadenza dei dieci giorni. Dovrai sostenere tutte le spese di restituzione della merce.

5. Preise und Versandkosten - Prices and shipping costs - Prezzi e costi di spedizione

5.1. Die auf den Produktseiten genannten Preise sind Nettopreise. The prices stated on the product pages are net prices.  I prezzi indicati nelle pagine prodotti sono netti.

5.2. Zusätzlich zu den angegebenen Preisen berechnen wir für die Lieferung in EU-Länder pauschal 15,00 Euro pro Bestellung. Für die Lieferung in andere Länder kontaktieren Sie mich bitte per e-mail. Die Versandkosten werden Ihnen auf den Produktseiten, im Warenkorbsystem und auf der Bestellseite nochmals deutlich mitgeteilt.

In addition to the net prices we charge a rate of € 15,00 per order for delivery to EU countries. For delivery to other countries, please contact me by e-mail. The delivery cost are clearly comunicated to you on the product pages, the shopping cart and on the order page.

Oltre ai prezzi netti applichiamo una tariffa di € 15,00 per ordine per la consegna nei paesi dell'UE. Per consegne in altri paesi contattatemi via e-mail. I costi di consegna sono chiaramente indicati nelle pagine prodotto, nel carrello e nella pagina dell'ordine.

5.3. Es ist keine Zahlung per Nachnahme möglich. Cash on delivery is not possible. Non è possibile avere il pagamento contrassegno.

6. Lieferung - Delivery - Consegna

Die Lieferung erfolgt auf dem Postweg. Die Lieferzeit hängt von der Post ab. The delivery is made by post. The delivery time depends on the post.  La consegna avviene tramite posta. Il tempo di consegna dipende dalle poste.

7.  Zahlung - Payment - Pagamento

Die Zahlung erfolgt per Vorkasse auf unsere Bankverbindung in der Auftragsbestätigung. Die Ware wird 1-2 Werktage nach Zahlungseingang zur Post gebracht.

Payment is made in advance to our bank details in the order confirmation. The goods will be despatched by post parcel 1-2 working days after payment receipt.

Il pagamento deve essere fatto anticipatamente sulle nostre coordinate bancarie nella conferma d'ordine. La merce viene spedita entro 1-2 giorni lavorativi dalla ricezione del pagamento.
